I broke some of my diet rules last night: I had Valentine's Day chocolate, fried vegetables for dinner... and yet, I lost .2lbs. I'm not complaining!
189.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
