Good Morning Dear Diary, Another good weigh in. I lost 0.6 lbs this week - Excellent. With my being almost 65 years old and losing (anything) at this stage of my life is exciting. I was on my 1st diet by the young age of 13 and have been on that roller coaster of down in weight then up again in weight for how many years? Oh for 51 years, now that's insane!!!!! My highest weight was 221.0 lbs and my lowest and probably best weight was 125.0 lbs. Anyway, I'm on my way back down, which is a very good thing. Time for my Morning Mocha and get my day started.
