Dear Diary,
Happy 1st day of a new month. My Oh My. I did it, I hit my
monthly goal of the 5 lbs per month I'd been aiming for and
I did it. My modified low carb life style along with intermittent
fasting seem to be the key for me.
Well, time for my Morning Mocha and get my day going.
Oh by the way, SNOW is back in our forecast for tomorrow night
going into Friday - BRING IT ON :) :)
