I added back formal exercise for the first time in 6 weeks.... despite allowing myself treats twice a week since Christmas. I think my body is settling in to a lower weight beautifully.
I didn't lose any weight for 35 days.... but I really didn't try all that hard either.
I guess after three and a half years my lifestyle change has really taken hold as ingrained habit 😁
139.0 lb Lost so far: 144.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

It can take between 1-2 months (20-60days) to fully both break and form new habits :) So keep this in mind and don't be discouraged! Even after 3+ years, it will only be a short while to break ingrained habits and begin new, healthier ones!

@Ghore..... far from being discouraged! I am feeling like I am nailing maintenance.... and that I am a lot more confident that I can get the last five or ten pounds that I want to lose off! Lol I've lost 144 pounds.... and no that's not a typo!😁 I was just saying that my body appears to have settled in wonderfully to its new normal... and despite me letting a lot of things slide, I managed to maintain for the last 6 weeks. And now I'm losing weight again. This is a great thing!!!
