my weight is holding steady. I think my decision to try to go into maintenance is probably a good one.... it was pointed out to me over the last week that I have developed a thigh gap. 😮
I discounted it until I noticed it myself last night.
I did not try to achieve a thigh gap. it wasn't even on my radar.
But apparently it's the gold standard for thin.?
I think it's probably time for me to stop actively trying to lose weight.

One bit of advice about going into maintenance. Increase your calorie intake very slowly, continue to be as diligent sticking to your new RDI as when you were trying to reach your goal and continue to use Fatsecret...

That is a great achievement, notjune! LOL! Who knew the thigh gap was the gold standard for thin? Happy for you!!

Three and a half years ago I was class 3 morbidly obese. I know if I can do it anybody can.

I still do want to lose 5 more pounds... but I think I need to lay off for a little while! John... I've been mostly healthy but a couple of times a week I've had cookies and cake and my weights holding steady. I'm thinking that I'm naturally eating maintenance now

@Notjune1, a couple of cookies and cake in a week is not totally out of control. You have done really well. Enjoy maintenance and the lessons you have learned...
