So much for being good. I was so cold I had extra food.... and the killers for the day goes over. hey ho. Net carbs are still around 50g I think, so not a total disaster. I will see what happens on the scales tomorrow. I know I should have put an extra layer of clothes on the outside, rather than an extra layer of blubber on the inside. My head is still not quite in gear..... I am am tired. I will wake up soon.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

<50g carbs should work well if you're careful with your calories and don't boost the deficit with protein alone. You're here and you're thinking about what you're eating and how it's affecting you - that has to be a good thiing. You'll get there! 👍

I tend to eat when I'm tired too as I get very cold but I find that silk long johns are a gift. Also a bowl of porridge will bring your temp up without too many extra calories but I'm not sure what diet you are following so completely understand if that's off-limits.
