Well, that was a pleasant surprise this morning, as I appear to have only put on about half a kilo! This was probably due to not drinking alcohol for the past 4 days due to work commitments and for everyone's information,the flatest surface in my house, by the way, was behind the spare room bedroom door, inbetween the tv unit and the wardrope!!
187.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1399 kcal Fat: 50.37g | Prot: 100.79g | Carb: 132.37g.   Breakfast: Tesco Gala Apples, Brooklea Fat Free Greek Style Lemon Yogurt, Brown Sugar, Espresso Coffee. Lunch: Tesco Easy Peeler Satsuma, John West Smoked Mackerel Fillets, Tesco Bright Side Salad. Dinner: Aldi Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles, Tesco Vegetable Stir Fry, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Twiglets Twiglets (25g), Almonds, Sun-Maid Raisins. more...
