Ok, contrary to that last post a few minutes ago I weighed myself. I expected a lot worse. I've gained 6lb a month since I last weighed in, and when I put it like that it does sound bad.. But I can lose 6lb in a month, maybe even 10lb each in the first two months. It always starts quickly, my body goes into shock wondering where the hell all the pizza, crisps and beer have gone.
I'm not interested in hammering a target, I just want to adjust now. Forget bad habits, re-learn good ones.
