So I'm not sure how I gained a pound when my calories have been on target, but that's okay. I know it's water, and it will eventually show a loss on the scale.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 84.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just keep doing what you're doing and eventually you're body will just have to admit defeat and go along with it :D
