has to be recorded. life has been unbelievably shit and generally this takes its toll on weight loss. Add to that Xmas and family time, No excuses I ate loads. I loved it, worth every pound. I miss my family. Time with my parents is too precious, We eat, we feast, we are fat and happy. So I am 2 kilos up on the last weigh in, I am 2 kilos down on this time last year. it's swings and roundabouts, I am winning, slowly, and I will have one helluva headache in the morning I reckon....but you know what? To laugh and relax with the old folk is worth every damn kilo! Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die. Hope not, but WTF. And you never know, maybe this gin is as beautiful tomorrow as it was tonight. Seriously, the best gin ever. The turkey was home grown, and eaten in three meals between three of us, and it weighed over 12lb. Don't skimp on the feast. it has been good.
I killed one of our old ewes today too. Good mutton to be had. Tasty primitive sheep, I give thanks to her. and am glad she is out of the flock.
When does the fat guilt trip start...... not today for sure
Carrying 20 kilos of wood pellets to the boiler earlier made me think.., I am amazed I carried that with me every single step for years. Adding a couple of kilos now isn't so bad. Easy come, easy go.
