Finally down a half pound, I'll take it! After spending the weekend at my son's house I'm actually kind of surprised. I refuse to be a pain in the tush so I just ate what was prepared with no comment. Fish was breaded, corn tortillas in the casserole, and chips with the nachos. I practiced portion control and came out ok on calories, but over on carbs. Today is prep for a colonoscopy tomorrow. Oh joy!! Hope you all have a good day!
163.5 lb Lost so far: 101.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well the cleansing for the colonscope will knock out a few pounds also. I know when I had mine I was down like 6 lbs. Good luck. Glad these are only every 5 years.
