Back to where I was a week ago! Despite eating out several nights this week, I think I've done well couting the calories and have certainly consumed my fair share of water these past couple of days. I am going to try to continue with 100+ oz. of water daily and extend my 4 days in a row exercising stretch.
246.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 98.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
