No change this week, however had chinese meal, cheese and wine and works Christmas Party night, so I am realy pleased that I am not 87 kg as I expected to be this morning!!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
