And that is what 4 Italian meals will do to you, lol!

On the positive side I moved up to 5 pound weights from 3 pound weights so I am excited about that! I want to be stronger.
181.1 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
