Down a pound and I will take it though I'm not sure I deserve it. I fell off the wagon badly this week. This is the beginning of a whole new week and I vow to do better. Thanksgiving is in the rearview mirror and I am focused on the road ahead. What a journey!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 95.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
