Ok. I think I've recovered from the damned Election stress binge eating.

183.5 lb Lost so far: 61.5 lb. Still to go: 3.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

We can eat til the cows come home, but it won't change the results. If I thought it would I would be at the nearest buffet!
