Week 4 of 3rd 6 wks, SUCCESS, 136.4, 35.5% body fat, musc mass 83.4, trace ketones, exercise 45min level 8.

Breakfast aktins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch southwestern chicken ceasar salad, dinner, ceasar salad, scallops, glass red wine.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week

I bought a box of "your" breakfast bars... Had one this morning & you're right! There really good w/ my coffee!! Thanks for the tip!

They ARE good! I must say that anytime I can eat chocolate chips and have it be perfectly legal--I'm in. :)
