I have to HAVE to make it a habit to work out and it's probably one of the hardest things I will do. Eating healthier doesnt seem as difficult as working out everyday lol. I did 7 minutes yesterday on my exercise machine burned 50 calories and felt like I was going to hurl or pass out! I will try again today and push myself. My fiance said that my body is going to do everything to try to make me stop since its new and eventually I will get used to it.. I hope this is true. This morning its really hitting me the dedication this is going to take. Weight loss doesn't happen over time.. its little by little and my biggest flaw is being inpatient.. maybe it comes from being an only child or something but I have to overcome it especially in matters of health and fitness. I haven't been as productive as I would like lately and guess. Being a new stay at home mother isn't like having a job where you are held responsible for completing task so it takes more discipline. Anyhow I am going to do my best today.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good attitude keep it going it will become routine for you soon. My brother was a only child so I know what you mean...lol

You are doing great Andresgirl. Keep up the good work, but don't push your body to hard. Remember it is best to take it slow to start out with. You really don't won't to hurt yourself.
