Didn't cook dinner tonight so after my sons boxing and running my daughter around it was 9:00. Bought a big bucket of fried chicken with biscuits and potato wedges.And let me not forget a big piece of chocolate cake for the kids and Dre. All the way home I said I will not eat it but the smell of it was um.. intoxicating.. So yes I came home and ate some. I had a very small portion VERY small so Im thinking the calorie meter is a little above. I had a sliver of chocolate cake and honestly I don't feel all that bad. I enjoyed my food without going overboad. Its 11 and I'm going to hit the exercise machine for thirty minutes now. ... editing and back.. I did 30 min of exercise YAY! Big accomplishment for me. 7 min this morning and quit. yea I know.. went back at it for 20 min tonight (instead of the thirty i set out for i remembered i did seven min this am ..i know) and then finished with those booty squeeze exercises for 5 minutes. I feel great (inspite of my "kinda" short cuts lol)

I have to HAVE to make it a habit to work out and it's probably one of the hardest things I will do. Eating healthier doesnt seem as difficult as working out everyday lol. I did 7 minutes yesterday on my exercise machine burned 50 calories and felt like I was going to hurl or pass out! I will try again today and push myself. My fiance said that my body is going to do everything to try to make me stop since its new and eventually I will get used to it.. I hope this is true. This morning its really hitting me the dedication this is going to take. Weight loss doesn't happen over time.. its little by little and my biggest flaw is being inpatient.. maybe it comes from being an only child or something but I have to overcome it especially in matters of health and fitness. I haven't been as productive as I would like lately and guess. Being a new stay at home mother isn't like having a job where you are held responsible for completing task so it takes more discipline. Anyhow I am going to do my best today.
