Ok, going to stop my WW membership. Doing a diet bet and going back to basics, counting calories.
216.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 76.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 October 2016:
893 kcal Fat: 27.96g | Prot: 50.01g | Carb: 115.15g.   Breakfast: Celery, Cucumber (Peeled), Cherry Tomatoes, Bell Peppers. Lunch: Asparagus (Drained Solids, Canned), Progresso Light Creamy Chicken Alfredo Soup, Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked). Dinner: Mushrooms (Drained Solids, Canned), Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Pace Medium Picante Sauce, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Steak. Snacks/Other: Kroger Cake Cones, Breyers Blasts! Yep - weigh your food scrupulously, record every skerrick that you eat, don't touch anything between meals, and stick to a strict calorie limit for a year or two. You don't need WW or any program that costs money ....

cal in/cal out, portion control and a deep care of the quality of your food. You are in the good track, and you will be not alone!

Just do what works for you. I have a friend on WW and she counts points. I count calories and write down everything I eat. Same results for both of us. It is all about commitment and working toward the goals that you set for yourself.
