Ok! Here we go! The Challenge begins!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I'm gonna need it after what I just ate...I DID take extra carb blockers though...Time to get on that bike I talked about. I also DID do stair-stepping at work, I felt it, that's for sure. I left my stool in the back room so I could do it without people wondering if I had a strange sort of compulsion, LOL. Hubby came home with the pizza of which I have not had that particular kind in a very very long time and that was all she wrote....But, I am not deterred!!!
