HI guys i lost 700 grams (1.5 pounds) in one week that felt really good but my gran past on and i couldn't keep to my routine and diet from Thursday last week until today, will hopefully get back on track with everything else but will be travelling for work for the remainder of the week so no gym for me unless the hotel has will try and go there if there is one.

there goes another week but will try and eat clean while i am away.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
