I decided not to stress about the food journal. Since I ate cheesecake, a biscuit, and wild rice yet posted a loss, I am obviously not retaining water, so the carbs ingested ARE lower than the carbs posted.

I am planning a five day fast this month ending on the full moon.

Pending that, I have a HUGE bowl of salad in my fridge to work through. I think I'll boil up some eggs today to go with it. I also have some chicken broth that is calling my name.

Won't be having leftovers from last night's dinner. Will leave that for hubby.

231.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
