Good Morning Dear Diary, 1 week ago today I embarked on yet another Low Carb program. My starting weight was 194.8 lbs. Today I weighed in at 188.8 lbs. That is an excellent start. My headaches went away on the 2nd day mg the program yeah. Now I need to incorporate more exercise into my program. Time for Breakfast. Until next week. I'M THINKING THIN. Marlene

Stick with it!!! Ride it out!!! You can do it!! We change when the pain of being where we are is greater than the pain of changing! It is all a mental issue!
