I joined this crazy diet challenge and work - and now how I regret it. If you don't lose anything you have to pay - if you miss the weight in you have to pay. It wouldn't be so bad but with a spouse that is ill, well it's difficult to know when I won't be in.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
