I've been doing the right things so I'll keep hanging. It will change. It will go down again. (still irritated) UGH. So far I'm unimpressed by my body's reaction to the Beast Mode experiment but I'm going to give it the full time. It's not out of the ordinary for me to hold like this (annoyingly) and it may be an overlap, not a cause. Test of it will come today and tomorrow since I'll be at the corp office in Tampa for 2 days. Trying to get myself set up for success (bringing my SF creamer, my water/drinks, my tictacs). Also bringing my suit in case I decide to go in the pool at the hotel. I don't usually but I think I actually fit in the suit now so might as well.

Got up late (and the sun's still sleeping) so decided to wait until I go to the car to start the coffee drinking. My travel cup holds 2 rounds so if I don't start until the car, I won't have to stop to find a restroom before I get to work! :)
175.3 lb Lost so far: 56.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
