22 kill complete. Holding steady at 192.5lbs. Need to drop this last 2 lbs. Get out of my body!!!!! slow and steady, with intense bursts is what I am doing now.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
