Well hello everyone.

I know it has been a few months since I was last on hear. Been trying this KETO lifestyle. Oh!! I am loving it. I started in Jan 2019 and it is 3 Mar 2019. I have lost to date 26LBS and 7inches off my waist line. My pants are officially to big. A little back story on me. I am a retired Military Vet. I completed 29yrs straight. Now I did PT everyday and stayed fit (that's the rules). When I retired I got complacent and gained around 30LBS. FML. couldn't even breath to bend over and try to tie my shoes. So pathetic. I couldn't believe I had let myself go like that. tried to get back in the gym but the weight was just too much to carry around. I discovered KETO through my daughter and it has been (to say the least)very life changing. My mood has changed, I have tons more energy. I look forward to going to the beach this summer without a shirt. keep in mind I am in my 50's now. I will eventually post a before and after picture.
