Hi Lillian. Thank you for the comment on my journal. No, we didn't have any pancakes, although I did eat a lot of stroopwaffles (thin waffle shaped biscuits sandwiched with a caramel filling). I had these every day for breakfast! My husband doesn't eat breakfast so he didn't want to go in a cafe, and our host had left the waffles for us in our apartment. I'm determined to lose some pounds in July! Have a lovely day, Doobs.
