Ate burgers with buns and fries and a slice of thin crust pizza within the last 3 days... very surprised I didn't gain more than the 1.4 pounds I did gain. I ended up with kind of a family emergency thing where my cousin and her baby needed to come stay with me and then first of the month bills and all this hectic stuff, I have not being doing well at all. I know these are not excuses but whatever, I am only human and I never claim to be perfect.

Monday is my pre-op appt then my surgery is on the 13th so I really hope this helps me feel better and get back to where I need to be. I really want to pass that 30 pound mark.

Don't beat yourself up, Missy....you have a full plate before you....no one needs to tell you what to do so I will just close with, "you have had great success and I know that more is on its way."

Thanks Gwen :) You are a great supporter and I am extremely grateful for your friendship. I know I will make it through, even if I do mess up I know it will all be ok in the end. How ever long it takes me I WILL reach my goals *hugs*

Thank you Yvonne :) If it wasn't for you guys I would have given up a long time ago. I will get back on track and log my foods again. I ate very well today haven't put it in yet but no bad carbs so that is a step in the right direction :)

Wow way low on carbs though...Didn't eat enough veggies but at least it's not on the extremely high carb side like I am sure the last couple days have been.

Missy I think sometimes when you do go off track it seems hard to get to where you should be....but we have faith in you to do this......I agree couldn't do this without you guys......

:) When I get to food shop again that will help since I am running low on basically everything. Because I have the knowledge on how to do this right I know I will not fail. As long as I am trying I feel that I am succeeding, giving up or just not caring anymore would be failure.

I'm not chewing you out for the burger, etc. - trust me, I understand. But would like to remind you to eat as well as you can so your body will have fuel to heal. Hope everything works out so you can have a nice relaxed stress free week (we can dream can't we?).

I know you wouldn't chew me out :) I didn't "not" eat intentionally, it just happened to where I didn't eat much. I did housework and babysat and everything and just wasn't very hungry so it was a lower food day. At least I lost all the weight I had gained :) Back down to 182 this morning.
