Again the weekend was a disaster and got me back up to 86 while during the week I was losing. However it must have been fluid retention because by behaving very well I weight 84.4 this morning. This is the first time I start out a week below 85. I am still tracking to target.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
