As usual my diet is plateauing out. I start to be less vigilant because having lost seven kilo's already feels good. All cloths fit again and I am not so bloated. However the target is 82 kilo's by July 21. That is six more weeks for four more kilo's. I need to get serious again. Today take my girlfriend out for a nice lunch. I guess I will eat a salad without protein.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
