I don't understand it but I'm logging it anyway. It'll help identify trends eventually.

Greeting the day with my coffee, leaving in a bit to spend the day with my mom. Doing the tour should help with getting some steps in too. Bringing my suit just in case we decide to hit the pool later in her community. It's been really hot lately (95+) so a dip in the pool wouldn't be a bad thing if it's not crowded.

183.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
