Somehow I'm up two pounds today. Water retention due to the sudden heat? It must be. I'm drinking like a gallon and a half a day while staying under or around 2k calories, and I've been more active the last three days than the week before them combined.
Argh. Nothing more frustrating than losing 10lb in a few weeks (Before starting to track again on FatSecret I had already lost a few pounds) then going back up

Lots of things can cause a slight upward bounce, water being one of the most common. Don't get discouraged, keep doing what you're doing, and you will probably see a loss of that and more in a few days. Good luck!
