WOWZA! I lost 4.5 pounds!!!! I probably should have waited 'till Monday, but I couldn't resist. And even if it's just "water weight," I don't care! This is the least I've weighed since Jordan was born. I'm so excited!!! :D
150.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2010:
1065 kcal Fat: 58.50g | Prot: 90.08g | Carb: 46.92g.   Breakfast: turkey bacon, coffee, egg, french vanilla sugar free coffeemate creamer. Lunch: part-skim shredded cheddar, diet pepsi, iceberg lettuce, salsa, chili pepper spice, cumin, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: green giant baby carrots, sabra roasted garlic hummus, pistachios. more...
