Hi everyone! I'm a very busy mother of 3 young children - Austin is 3, Dylan is 2, and Jordan is 4 months. I'd like to lose the rest of the baby weight and then some so I can come close to looking like I did before kids. I'm not fooling myself that I'll ever look the same (weight distribution sure has changed!!! LOL), but I'd like to fit into my size 8's again.
I'm doing the South Beach Diet for the 3rd time and it's worked really well before, so I'm excited. Usually in Phase I I drop around 8 pounds and then the weight loss slows in Phase II but I've gotten to my goal both times before. Hopefully it'll be the same this time. And then the real work - getting back into exercise. I had 3 C-sections, so my belly REALLY needs help!
