I did my best to consume less calories this week and gained two pounds.
231.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry about the gain. It is frustrating when you believe you've been doing the work and the scale goes the wrong direction. Are you logging everything you eat? I started to drop regularly when I adjusted my carbs to 30 or less. Keep working at it :)
