I visualized 215.0 for a LONG time. When I finally hit it I thought, "now what do I visualize?" I thought 214.4 would be great. Simple, easy, achievable. I visualized 214.4 but sometimes it would pop to 214.2 in my head. I just kept it in my head all day yesterday. I made eating decisions based on my visualization. I still had soda and ice cream, but I ate health foods and stopped when I was full, even when I had half a crab cake sandwich left. And what do you know? 214.ZERO! WHOA!

What shall I visualize now? I want to get back to 209, but I feel visualizing on the closer numbers actually makes them happen faster. Hmmm... We shall see what the next weigh in brings!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very interesting! I'm familiar with visualization but had never thought of doing it this way, in increments. Love your idea and how well it's working for you.

I heard a speaker on visualization say re: weight release. Focus on 1% release at a time. I am so happy to see you are succeeding! I will watch you reach your goal and will rejoice along with you :)
