IF (except for butter coffee) since 8:00 last night, so about 17 hours total. My feeding window will open in the next hour, but I'm not really hungry.

No matter what don't let the scale have power over you. If you are eating well and exercising the difference will show in a few weeks. Best Wishes

I too have had to watch my calories. I know many don't but I was not one of them. I started at 275 lbs and stuck to an average of 1200 calories a day. LCHF, IF, AND calorie counting all have helped me....

Just eating good foods and exercising didn't work for me. I didn't start losing weight until I also cut back on my daily calorie consumption. I determined the target number of calories by researching how much for my height and age was required for weight loss. Good luck. I hope you find a combination that works for you. Here is a calculator https://authoritynutrition.com/how-many-calories-per-day/

Same here,I cut out sugar, processed carbs and starches and count calories. That is what works for me.If I eat too many carbs despite sticking to my calorie allowance I dont lose.
