Your rating for how well you followed your diet says it all. Grin, bare it, and try harder for next time.

If you are not very hungry each day start to cut back on your RDI by 100kals (that is the pie chart at the bottom of you daily meals) every couple days till you hit that spot where you begin to loss some weight....and you are still not very hungry...i did that and if you do it slowly it will always feel normal to you.
