Going to strive to do IF up to either 20/4 or, OMG...maybe even 23/1...I KNOW that I CAN DO THIS!! I just got some disturbing news about my last blood draw...I MAY HAVE Leukemia... Like I need something like that on top of all of my other health problems. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME, for those of you that pray, please!!!

I drink a coffee with coconut oil early morning and one around noon, then eat supper. This has worked well for me. Will be sending prayers your way, thinking good thoughts!

Thanks, everybody...home from the hospital... Not even counting this weight-loss... Lol...was so sick, I ate 4 Graham crackers in 2 days, then when we got home, I actually ate the fish Patty of a filet o fish from McDonald's, and the next day, we had some pizza...still lost...calories were pretty low for the week...
Blood work still messed up...still no conclusive answers, and since I have osteomyelitis and discitis, they didn't want to stick a needle into my hip, for fear of spreading infection.
Sooo...yesterday we went back on LCHF diet...although I think Rick enjoyed the little side track more than I...lol. I was surprised that it didn't make me feel sick this time...but I'm still ready to get back on track!!!

Thank you Trickiernikki, I spent some time there and he had plenty of information to ponder. I am use to fasting but I wasn't sure of the vernacular I have been seeing here on FS. He pretty much cleared things up for me :) Glad your back on track.
