Considering how bad this dental implant mess has been, am doing fairly well.
New goal..not fats, no grains except popcorn.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Becareful eating popcorn as the unpopped kernels can damage teeth. This is from experience. Good luck.
