I've been weighing in closer to 154 all week, but am entertaining my aunt flow right now and it shows on the scale. She makes me sleepy and grouchy for a day or two.
Fat girl had an indulgent weekend of watching too much television, not getting enough exercise, and on Sunday enjoying too much wine. Skinny girl had plans for a good walk on Saturday, but the weather was not on board with the plan. When the rain stopped long enough to go outside, the wind was gusting too much. We have an elliptical, but even skinny girl hates that thing. Skinny girl has always wanted a treadmill, but somehow was talked into the elliptical. So now, it's a constant reminder and source of disagreements with Mr. fat girl. He loves it, he can keep it.
Skinny girl drug her tired butt out the door this morning for a gentle walk. Hopefully tomorrow skinny girl will have more energy.
