don't you just love the first week when you are really pushing yourself:) I did make good choices yesterday, I planned my meals considering I had class after work and then went for a run, then went home and prepped my dinner for tonight....lol wow this healthy living stuff is a lot of work.

Happy Hump Day Everyone.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

Once you get into your new routine you find shortcuts that make it all less work. I was thinking about this while making breakfast this AM - it would have taken me just as long to drive to somewhere, order and wait for a similar meal as it did to cook it myself and clean up. Actually, the home version was probably quicker and certainly cheaper.

The longer you do it the less you'll notice as it just becomes a habit. It's well worth the effort. Keep up the great work!
