the virgin diet so far works. not hungry at all . just need to get use to not snacking on whatever and whenever you want when your bored. Lots of energy no headaches or deprived feelings. this is day 6 and I am down 5 lbs :) can't complain about that. The avocado / spinach with apple vegan protein shake in the morning is very yummy and the avocado helps with the texture of the vegan protein powder. | am use to using whey protein powder that mixes nicely . the Vega protein and greens that i am using is good but has a bit of a chalky taste , mixes well , no chunks or clumps but still all in all a good product.
