so....haven't been as diligent as I know I need to be. during the day probably not eating enough while at work and overeat when getting home . Need to up my workouts to daily routine again rather then just training doing body parts once a week.

New routine will look like : Day 1 leg training/ cardio heavy lifting day
Day 2 Chest / shoulders /triceps heavy lifting day along with cardio
Day 3 Back / Biceps and Abs with Cardio

Day 4 / Leg / butt/ calves day lighter weights higher reps no cardio
Day 5 Chest/shoulder/ triceps/ higher reps 15-20 lighter weights and cardio
day 6 Back / Biceps / Abs Higher reps 15-20 along with some xtraining moves inbetween sets.

Diet will be 200 calories x5 smaller meals throughout the day. switching back to 40/40/20 composition for food / protein/carbs/fats, at 1000 calories per day to start not more then 1200 for better results. Need to be in competition mind set mode.
