Oh my! I lost half a kilo in two days (about a pound)! *falls over in shock* Woohoo! I am so sticking with the Leptin Protocol! Here is the link for those having trouble finding it. http://jackkruse.com/my-leptin-prescription/

Chugging down my roast chicken and eggs this morning - yum! Last night was cauliflower pizza that was a miserable failure, not helped by the fact I was super tired from not enough sleep!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 53.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Cool!!! I read it ... it is interesting. I'm hungry a lot ... even when I am not eating carbs. Wonder what that means???

I would say it means your leptin needs resetting. As the days go by I get less hungry between meals, and even when I am it's not the rip your arm off and chew it hunger I used to have... Come join me over there! They are tough sometimes LOL but full of fabulous advice. I go by the same username as here...

I read some last night squiggly ... interesting for certain. I'm a little overwhelmed with all the information and feeling a bit frozen but I'm going to take my time ... ponder it more ... and perhaps give it a whirl!!!

Thanks Stef!!! I am sure the key apart from the very low total carbs, is the no snacking and the eating the high protein breakfast first thing in the morning. Had massive cortisol rushes watching the rugby game last night - we won and are into the finals! Wooot!
