1800 kcal Fat: 120.67g | Prot: 126.27g | Carb: 44.47g.   Breakfast: Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Double Smoked Ham w/ Natural Juices. Lunch: Creamy Ranch Dip, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Battered Fish Fillets, Baked or Broiled Haddock. Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Onions, Green Peppers, Spinach, Red Wine Vinegar, Sliced Black Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White American Cheese. Snacks/Other: Red Hot Chicharrones (Pork Skins), Almonds, 57 Steak Sauce, Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), Almonds, Almonds. more...
