1800 kcal Fat: 120.67g | Prot: 126.27g | Carb: 44.47g.   Breakfast: Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Double Smoked Ham w/ Natural Juices. Lunch: Battered Fish Fillets, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Creamy Ranch Dip, Baked or Broiled Haddock. Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Spinach, Green Peppers, Onions, Banana Peppers, Sliced Black Olives, White American Cheese. Snacks/Other: 57 Steak Sauce, Almonds, Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), Ranch Dressing, Almonds, Almonds, Red Hot Chicharrones (Pork Skins). more...
