1800 kcal Fat: 120.67g | Prot: 126.27g | Carb: 44.47g.   Breakfast: Double Smoked Ham w/ Natural Juices, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese. Lunch: Baked or Broiled Haddock, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Creamy Ranch Dip, Battered Fish Fillets. Dinner: Red Wine Vinegar, Spinach, Green Peppers, Onions, Banana Peppers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White American Cheese, Sliced Black Olives, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Red Hot Chicharrones (Pork Skins), Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), 57 Steak Sauce, Ranch Dressing, Almonds, Almonds, Almonds. more...
