The kids are gone and everything is back to normal. The best news is my weight stayed the same. I really expected to gain because of all of the eating out and drinking. So now it's back to the working out and eating better.
I didn't make my goal of losing 5 pounds in January but I'm down and I'll take it. Good luck everyone and stay strong!
