That makes about 16lbs for 4 weeks! So I know things are slowing down I'm hoping to get under 160 by my birthday March 7th. I have been keeping track of inches. This month I've lost 4 1/2 inches off my waist. I was so bloated and inflamed! I am feeling better although not full of energy yet. But heartburn is gone, bending over is easier, back in my 14's. I spent about three weeks in 16's(biggest size ever!). So far so good. Looking to add some dairy this month! I miss cheese and cream!
